Key Accountabilities: Maintain consistent and clear documentation of the risk-based judgments and assessments made in relation to the operation of the Culture Principle and sub-principles, making good use of Dynamics to enable this Develop Management Information (MI) and reporting that provides a holistic view of culture across Managing Agents, including tracking of insights, assessments, actions and interventions Undertake analysis of culture data alongside wider input, e.g. from other oversight teams, to support developing a forward-looking approach to culture oversight Capture best practice and prepare case studies from firms highlighting good practice that supports Managing Agents to meet expectations under the Culture principle Undertake oversight of allocated Managing Agents with reference to the Culture Principle, taking a holistic approach in order that they meet expectations, which includes: + Reviewing attestations and culture data + Building relationships with allocated Managing Agents + Providing feedback, challenge and support + Sharing culture subject matter expertise + Conducting follow up Act as a relationship manager for allocated managing agents on culture, developing an understanding of the culture in these firms and associated strengths, challenges and cultural risks Peer review assessments of managing agents, providing internal challenge to ensure a fair and consistent approach across agents Contribute to the delivery of any thematic reviews related to the Culture Principle Support clear and timely communication with Managing Agent HR Directors / culture contacts, the LMA and other groups in relation to the Culture Principle, sharing of insights, themes and trends and sharing good practice Support the design and delivery of MP&P and Culture Survey data collection and reports, collaborating cross-functionally, ensuring these tools enable effective oversight of culture Contribute to the continuous improvement of the approach to Culture oversight, the Culture Principle, sub-principles and guidance, keeping informed about the changing regulatory landscape and any impacts to Lloyd's and culture risks and issues Prepare inputs to the Oversight Review Group (ORG) and Market Oversight Group (MOG) in relation to culture oversight as needed Skills Communication skills - both verbal and written, with the ability to interact and present to a variety of audiences at different levels of seniority Ability to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships Data analysis and insight development (Qualitative and Quantitative) - including the ability to design data fields, undertake analysis, draw out the 'so what / key takeaways' and prepare short insights reports Accuracy and attention to detail - including the ability to work with numerous data points, spot anomalies and things of interest Excel skills - including the ability to analyse complex data sets, and develop tracking tools Powerpoint skills - including the ability to develop clear and engaging culture insights and case studies, as a resource for market firms Knowledge Subject matter knowledge in some of these areas: culture, engagement, diversity and inclusion, organisation development and / or talent management - including practices and methodologies / theory Knowledge of Sharepoint and Dynamics and the ability to organise data and reports Knowledge of assessment methodologies, culture or engagement measurement, reports and benchmarking Experience Practical experience in some of these areas: culture, engagement, diversity and inclusion, organisation development and / or talent management. This experience could range from diagnosing, to design and implementation of solutions, interventions or tools.
