Job Description
Spinwell Global in Reading seeks a Commercial Transformation People Culture & Change Manager (REF103756) for an 11 month contract. Location: Reading, hybrid up to 3 days per week; Inside IR35; Pay rate £77.20 per hour.
The role leads culture assessment, change planning and delivery across the transformation program, aligning people strategies with supply chain objectives and engaging leadership and stakeholders throughout the journey.
