Cultural Mediation Training Specialist

The International Organization for Migration is seeking a consultant to create an induction training manual for cultural mediators in Ireland. You will analyze existing training resources and develop modules on crucial topics such as trauma-informed communication and professional boundaries.

This role requires close collaboration with IOM's Immigration and Border Governance units and will result in a validated manual and a tailored training package. Strong experience in training is essential for this position.
