Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - Rapid Circle

Rapid Circle is an AI first Microsoft partner helping organisations modernise securely, unlock cloud and data value, and adopt AI with confidence. As CTO you will lead our technology vision, ensuring we stay ahead within the Microsoft ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Define and evolve our technology strategy across Microsoft Cloud and AI.
• Lead engineering excellence across architecture, security, data, modern work, and application innovation.
• Champion secure and responsible AI adoption, internally and with clients.
• Shape repeatable value through assets, patterns, and delivery accelerators.
• Strengthen our Microsoft partnership through co sell, field alignment, and joint innovation.
• Represent Rapid Circle externally as a trusted technology voice.
• Build and mentor a high calibre consulting and engineering community.
• Ensure our approach to governance, risk, and compliance scales globally.
• Partner with the CEO and leadership team to align technology with business priorities.

What You Bring

• Proven leadership in cloud and AI, ideally within a Microsoft partner services environment.
• A track record of shaping and delivering modernisation strategies at scale.
• Strong technical grounding across Azure architecture, identity, networking, security, data, and application platforms.
• Experience with AI on Azure and familiarity with Microsoft's Responsible AI principles.
• Ability to translate technology into clear business impact.
• Credibility with senior executives, boards, and Microsoft field teams.
• A coaching mindset and passion for developing people and technical communities.
• A practical, outcome focused style-combined with curiosity and ambition.
• Certifications that reflect relevant technical experience and alignment with Microsoft technologies.
