Job Description
Solutions Lead CT UK & I

The primary responsibilities of the Solutions Lead CT UK & I are to ensure connectivity between the UK & Ireland Sales and Delivery teams by providing solution and thought leadership, leading to an increase in revenue and quality of Career Transition and Mobility solutions.

As a subject matter expert, support sales in selling a suite of solutions including career coaching, digital portals, assessments, and facilitated workshops, enabling clients to exit or redeploy transitioning employees expertly and compassionately. Additionally, consult client leadership on managing effective redundancy programs within their companies and bring insights and client information back to the Delivery team to meet evolving client needs.

Support the emerging Career Development/Mobility practice by supporting special projects and ensuring best practices from Career Transition are incorporated into the Career Development/Mobility offerings.

  • Travel to client sites around UK & I, possible travel to international meetings of experts

In this role you can expect to Key Accountabilities
  • Support bids and proposals focused on the delivery of CT & M products and services as a Subject Matter Expert
  • Collaborate with the Sales team at opportunity stage to create solutions aligning with quality delivery, especially when delivery differs from standard CT products
  • Attend client presentations and implementation meetings as a subject matter expert
  • Assist sales in moving opportunities towards closure
  • Support development of collateral to inform client conversations, bids, proposals, and sales training
  • Assist Head of Solutions with development of on-site services including upskilling the Sales team

  • Deliver sales training and manage sales events
  • Liaise with Delivery team to share insights and refine service offerings
  • Support the sales team with discovery meetings, APRs, QBRs, and proposals
  • Work with Head of Solutions to prioritize development of new solutions based on market trends and client needs
  • Stay current on competitor landscape, market trends, and risks, sharing information to help grow our offerings
