CT-4501; Business Change Manager, AI

Do you have experience of providing business change, readiness and adoption expertise, on a technology-enabled AI programme?

This consulting opportunity is to support our client, a leading Financial Services Organisation, in delivering the people change, adoption and implementation activities for key elements of its AI Programme. The programme is building the technical foundations to enable AI to scale across the organisation and support the vision.

The project needs a consultant who has:

• significant business change and transformation experience within large, complex organisations
• strong senior stakeholder engagement and influencing capability across business and technology functions
• experience of technology-enabled business readiness, adoption and implementation
• familiarity with the issues and challenges facing financial services and/or other heavily regulated industries

Key Services:

The key services that you will be asked to provide are:

• develop and deliver change management activities, rollout approaches and adoption plans for AI programme initiatives
• lead stakeholder engagement across senior leaders, business teams and technology delivery teams
• assess business impacts and support adoption, resistance management and embedding of new ways of working
• deliver communications, engagement, knowledge-sharing and business readiness activities
• provide governance, oversight and quality assurance of third-party supplier training plans and deliverables
• monitor adoption and change outcomes, identify risks and implement actions to maximise uptake and benefits realisation
• provide business change expertise and advice to programme, business and technology stakeholders

Mandatory Requirements:

Successful consultants will be able to demonstrate:

• significant experience, typically 8+ years, delivering business change and transformation initiatives within large, complex organisations
• proven experience developing change management strategies, rollout approaches and adoption plans
• strong stakeholder management experience with senior leaders, business stakeholders and delivery teams
• experience leading business readiness, adoption and implementation for technology-enabled change programmes
• experience delivering communications, engagement and awareness activities
• experience working with cross-functional teams, suppliers and third parties
• strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools and techniques
• excellent communication, facilitation and relationship management skills

Optional Requirements:

It will also be advantageous if you have:

• experience within financial services, or similarly complex regulated environments
• experience supporting the implementation and adoption of Generative AI and/or Agentic AI solutions

Working Pattern:

London, 50% in the office
Contract Type: Inside IR35
Start: 1 November 2026
Duration: 9 months, with an option to extend for a further 6 months
