CSA Supervisor - Night Shift

We are seeking a skilled CSA (Civil, Structural and Architectural) Supervisor for a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Hertfordshire area. This role supports the critical shutdown phase and offers the opportunity to work on 12-hour night shifts. As the CSA Supervisor, you will lead a dynamic team during night shifts and significantly impact operations.

Please note this is a contract position from 23rd June to 15th August, and you must be available during this period. Candidates showing exceptional performance may have opportunities for long-term engagement. During the shutdown, work will involve 12-hour shifts, including weekends.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Supervise and coordinate all CSA activities during night shifts to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
2. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
3. Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to address issues during night shifts.
4. Maintain accurate records of work performed and provide detailed reports to senior management.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

1. Relevant degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
2. Proven experience supervising CSA activities, preferably in a night shift environment.
3. Knowledge and practical experience with construction site safety regulations and quality standards.
