Job Description
Key Responsibilities 
- Measure work packages from drawings and prepare accurate pricing using applicable rates
- Manage project budgets under the direction of the Project Director
- Maintain clear and professional communication with the client
- Produce monthly commercial reports in line with company procedures
- Participate in monthly commercial and subcontractor meetings
- Resolve client and subcontractor issues in a timely and effective manner
- Prepare and submit claims and notices in line with contract requirements
- Track cost changes, prepare monthly valuations, and manage final accounts
- 8+ years' experience in a comparable role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying
- Strong organisational, communication, and time management abilities
- High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
- Data centre project experience is an advantage
