Access Talent Group is supporting one of the leading civil & construction contractors internationally. The current opportunity is for an established Site Agent / Internals Manager (CSA) to join an already established project in Oxfordshire, with work in the area secured until 2027. The client book is strong and promises security, working with some of the most recognised blue chip clients in the market. The order book / projects to tender can boast a number of projects within the field: Mixed Use Developments, Data Centres and Civil Engineering.

Our client is looking for a highly skilled Fit Out Project Manager to join our team in Oxfordshire within the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the fit out (CSA) of various pharmaceutical facilities, ensuring that the projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the fit out of pharmaceutical facilities, including laboratories, clean rooms, and production areas.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards throughout the fit out process.
  • Manage and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and meet their requirements and expectations.
  • Ensure all fit out work meets health, safety, and environmental requirements.
Profile
  • Proven experience as a Fit Out Project Manager, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • In depth knowledge of fit out processes and best practices for pharmaceutical facilities.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem solving abilities and the capacity to make quick and effective decisions.
  • Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and their application to fit out projects.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
