An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced CSA Lead Supervisor to join the client-side Construction Management Team on a major pharmaceutical construction project in Cork valued at over €100 million.
This is a key site-based role where you will oversee all Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with the Construction Management Team, you will coordinate the main CSA contractor and interface with M&E contractors and other project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise all Civil, Structural and Architectural works on site.
- Monitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards and programme requirements.
- Coordinate and manage interfaces between CSA, M&E and other construction disciplines.
- Carry out site inspections, monitor progress and identify potential issues before they impact the project.
- Ensure all works are completed in accordance with health and safety regulations and project procedures.
- Review method statements, work packages and inspection records as required.
- Support quality inspections, snagging activities and project handover.
- Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates to the wider project team.
- Work collaboratively with contractors, consultants and client representatives to achieve project milestones.
- Degree or trade qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Proven experience supervising CSA works on large-scale construction projects.
- Previous experience within pharmaceutical, life sciences, semiconductor, data centre or other highly regulated environments is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, quality management and site coordination.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary project team.
