CRO Manager

we are looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization Manager to join our Product Team in Barcelona!

If you are wondering, what are my responsibilities?

As a Conversion Rate Optimization Manager, you'll be the person in charge of increasing our Online Conversion Rate on every customer touchpoints (Desktop / Mobile / App).

Here are the responsibilities you'll handle inside your scope :

• Own the conversion metric of our websites.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve conversion rates across digital platforms.
• Implement AI-based solutions combined with technical solutions to achieve our goals.
• Deeply understand user behavior, website performance, and marketing funnel data to identify optimization opportunities.
• Conduct A/B testing, multivariate testing, and user experience research to drive informed decision-making.
• Utilize data analytics tools to track performance and report on key CRO metrics.
• Stay ahead of industry trends (AI) and best practices in conversion optimization.
• Ensure a great collaboration with tech, design & data to guarantee a high velocity in the solutions deployment.

You, Weder candidate

• Experience in implementing AI solutions is a must!
• 5 years of CRO or data science experience, working closely with other profiles (dev/design/data).
• Data driven profile & data analysis know how.
• Hands-on, problem solver mindset, pro-active & autonomous!
• Education: Master in engineering, mathematics, statistics or economy.
• Languages: English for communication. (We also speak French & Spanish)
