CRM/Siebel Consultant - 6+ months - ASAP

For our client, we are looking for an experienced CRM/Salesforce Consultant (m/f/d) to play a key role in the migration from CRM Siebel to Salesforce.

The position combines functional and technical responsibilities, covering requirements management, data migration, integration, testing, and go-live support. Close collaboration with business stakeholders, developers, and test teams is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of the migration from CRM Siebel to Salesforce
• Analyse existing Siebel CRM processes, data models, and integrations
• Elicit, analyse, and prioritize business and technical requirements (requirements engineering)
• Design and define the migration strategy, including data mapping, interfaces, and process design
• Perform and support data cleansing, data analysis, and data validation activities
• Contribute to the development, analysis, and troubleshooting of CRM web services (SOAP/REST)
• Support integration activities and interface testing across systems
• Create, execute, and document system, integration, and user acceptance test cases
• Identify issues during migration phases and perform root-cause analysis and troubleshooting
• Work closely with the project team and actively prepare and facilitate workshops and reviews
• Document results and present outcomes to stakeholders
• Support go-live and hyper care, including incident handling and system stabilization

Requirements

• Several years of experience in CRM environments, with strong hands-on expertise in Siebel and Salesforce
• Proven experience in CRM migration projects, ideally Siebel - Salesforce
• Strong background in requirements engineering, test management, and data analysis
• Solid experience with CRM web services and integrations (REST/SOAP)
• In-depth knowledge of CRM data structures, data cleansing, and migration execution
• Strong analytical skills, structured working approach, and excellent communication abilities
• Experience in troubleshooting and issue resolution within complex system landscapes

• Workload: 5 days/week
• Location: 100% onsite in Frankfurt
• Language: English (fluent)
