Job Description

IDILIQ Group is looking for a CRM System Specialist to join our team. If you have experience in implementing & supporting CRM & Marketing systems (especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing) and are looking for a fast paced and collaborative environment, we want to meet you!

Our ICT department is multi disciplined and encompasses IT support, infrastructure, cloud services, communications, software development, web design, reporting, and business solutions. We support over 400 users in various locations such as Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States, including resorts and hotels, sales centers, and offices.

Responsibilities / Tasks:

  • Lead the next phases of our Microsoft Dynamics/Customer Insights deployment - extending the system to other business units, dealing with data migrations and system integrations
  • Provide on-going support for our Microsoft Dynamics Marketing deployment as well as other marketing systems and solutions in use across the company
  • Work closely with the wider ICT team and other technical and functional departments of IDILIQ Group to design and implement customer data management and marketing strategies using the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Interact continuously with internal clients, participating in co-creation workshops to define the best solutions, gathering requirements, proposing and delivering solutions based on knowledge of Microsoft CRM solutions: Marketing Module.
  • Work in synergy with other professionals in the company who perform different roles: Design, Business, Strategy, and other Technical/IT profiles.


To feel comfortable in the position, knowledge in/of the following is required:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 settings:
  • Customization of forms and views.
  • Configuring security roles and user profiles.
  • Creation and management of custom entities.
  • Configure business rules and business processes
  • Integration of workflows with other applications and services.
  • Create and manage Power Automate flows.
  • Business process automation using Power Automate.
  • Integration of Power Automate with Dynamics 365 and other Microsoft services.
  • Project leadership
  • End user/system support


Other Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in CRM Dynamics 365 Marketing implementation projects.
  • Solid knowledge of the CRM Dynamics 365 Marketing solution (Outbound Marketing and Real-Time Marketing).
  • Good general knowledge of marketing to understand and implement initiatives according to client needs and provide technical/functional advice based on market best practices.
  • English: Preferably B1 level or higher for use in the work environment. Spanish: Fluent (mandatory).
  • Initially, the work will be on-site until you become familiar with the systems and ways of working. Afterward, it will be hybrid (2/3 days remote).
  • Specific Certifications: Required certifications include Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Marketing Functional Consultant Associate and Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM).
