CRM Marketing Specialist (Salesforce Cloud) London / WFH to £45k

Are you a hands-on CRM Marketing Specialist who enjoys combining data, technology and creative customer engagement?

You could be progressing your career at a growing Digital Wealth Management scale-up that offers a range of investment services to the public via their advanced technology platform which makes smart investing easier and accessible to all.

As a CRM Marketing Specialist you'll take ownership of the multi-channel CRM strategy. You'll manage campaigns and automations across email, push notifications and in-app messaging, helping to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and value.

This is a highly data driven and autonomous role, where you'll work closely with Product, Data, Marketing and Pension teams to turn business requirements into effective CRM campaigns and personalised customer journeys.

Location / WFH:

You'll join the team in the London office with flexibility to work from home twice a week.

About you:

• You have strong CRM marketing / marketing automation experience
• You have hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• You have SQL and data segmentation skills
• You have experience across email, push and / or in-app communications
• You're highly analytical, detail oriented and comfortable working autonomously
• You have strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• You're naturally curious about technology, automation and AI, with the confidence to learn new platforms independently
• Financial Services or FinTech experience is desirable but not essential
