Role: CRM Marketing ExecutiveWe are seeking an experienced CRM Marketing Executive to enhance our engagement strategy through effective CRM, lifecycle marketing, and data-driven communications.
Responsibilities include delivering targeted, personalised email campaigns across multiple touchpoints to boost membership retention, stakeholder engagement, and participation in triathlon.
British Triathlon is the national governing body for triathlon, committed to growing participation, developing athletes, and building a passionate community. We aim to make triathlon accessible from grassroots to elite levels, showcasing inspiring performances and fostering grassroots enthusiasm.
We are currently undertaking a digital transformation, investing in CRM and marketing automation to better engage our community of participants, members, clubs, coaches, athletes, and stakeholders.
We are looking for a dynamic individual with at least two years' experience in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing to support our brand growth and community engagement efforts.
The successful candidate will be a valued member of the Marketing & Communications team, developing and maintaining strong relationships across the organisation.
Key focus areas include:
- Delivering engaging, segmented email campaigns to various groups within the British Triathlon ecosystem.
- Managing HubSpot CRM and marketing automation, optimizing communication flows, and personalising experiences to support member acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Developing personalised lifecycle marketing campaigns to promote services and benefits, increasing engagement and customer lifetime value.
The role offers a hybrid working model, with 2-3 days per week at our Loughborough head office, supporting a collaborative and flexible work environment.
