CRM Marketing and Automation Manager - Warwick - Hybrid working

As a CRM Marketing and Automation Manager based in Warwick, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading CRM projects end-to-end, working with teams across the business to ensure smooth planning, progress tracking, and delivery.

  • Owning the CRM campaign schedule, making sure key activities are well-planned, resourced, and aligned with trading, product launches, and customer lifecycle stages.

  • Driving platform improvements, partnering with IT and other teams to prioritise CRM enhancements that boost campaign performance and efficiency.

  • Championing best practice, ensuring GDPR compliance, consistent documentation, and high-quality campaign execution across all touchpoints.

And here's what we'd like you to have:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple CRM projects, campaigns, and workstreams with precision and pace.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud), including campaign setup, briefing, and testing.

  • Skilled in mapping and documenting processes to drive clarity and continuous improvement.

  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, confident working across teams and functions to deliver results.
