Role Overview
The CRM Manager will have full ownership of the CRM channel and will be the first hire ever for the business in CRM. You will lead data-driven strategies to build loyalty, enhance customer relationships, and drive retention. You will develop and execute innovative campaigns that engage customers through email, retention & loyalty programs.
Essential Skills
- Proficient in CRM platforms like Klaviyo and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong experience in Email Marketing & desire to open up new channels (SMS & Push)
- Entrepreneurial mindset, and comfortable setting up CRM from scratch.
