Overview

Our client is seeking a Salesforce CRM Lead/Specialist to support a major transformation programme.

You will lead CRM delivery activities across a number of affiliate sites, coordinate stakeholders across multiple countries, and act as the primary point of contact for localisation, testing, go-live, and hyper care activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as lead for Localization and Testing across affiliates
• Support phased rollout, go-live, and hyper care activities
• Drive stakeholder communication and engagement across regions
• Manage testing cycles and localization requirements across markets
• Support incremental rollout and feedback cycles

Requirements

• Strong Salesforce CRM experience
• Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industry experience
• Proven experience in localization and testing across multi-country deployments
• Experience delivering full life cycle CRM implementations
• Background in phased rollouts and iterative delivery models
