We are recruiting for an exciting CRM & Partnerships Executive opportunity with a successful and growing consumer-focused business.
Working closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will support the delivery of customer email campaigns, automated journeys and CRM activity, while also taking responsibility for affiliate and external partnership relationships.
This is a varied role combining CRM, email marketing, affiliate marketing, partnerships and campaign analysis, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage email marketing campaigns from initial planning through to delivery, testing and performance analysis.
- Support the development of CRM strategies designed to increase customer engagement, retention and repeat purchasing.
- Create and manage automated customer journeys including welcome, re-engagement, abandoned browse and abandoned basket campaigns.
- Develop customer segmentation strategies using behavioural, transactional and engagement data.
- Build targeted customer audiences to deliver relevant and personalised communications.
- Carry out regular A/B testing to improve email and campaign performance.
- Work closely with internal teams including Buying, Merchandising, Design, Customer Service and eCommerce.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide clear reporting and recommendations.
- Monitor key CRM measures including engagement, conversion, revenue, customer retention and ROI.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with affiliate partners and external agencies.
- Identify and onboard new affiliate and commercial partners.
- Support the negotiation and management of affiliate commission structures.
- Develop promotional opportunities and incentives for affiliate partners.
- Coordinate promotional assets, product information and campaign materials.
- Review affiliate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators including revenue, traffic, conversion, CPA, ROAS and average order value.
- Support partnership and retail media campaigns with external suppliers and brands.
- Coordinate partnership activity from initial agreement through to campaign delivery and post-campaign analysis.
- Build strong relationships with external partners and identify opportunities for collaborative marketing activity.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with:
- Previous experience using a CRM or email marketing platform.
- Experience within digital marketing, CRM, eCommerce or affiliate marketing.
- An understanding of email campaigns, segmentation and automated customer journeys.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A commercially focused approach with an understanding of ROI and performance.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Confidence communicating results and recommendations to stakeholders.
