Job Description

Partnered with big brands like ASOS, Nike, Argos, TUI and Deliveroo, we receive over 8 million visits per month. Right now, we're looking for an energetic CRM Executive to join our CRM team in London. We have a flexible working from home policy and a beautiful office in London with great snacks and great people. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody looking to gain hands on, exciting experience in a fast moving, digital brand and grow their career in cross-channel marketing, with a big focus on email. Reporting to one of our CRM Managers, you'll be responsible for executing a complex email marketing programme, including the end-to-end planning and production of direct customer communications. A sharp eye for detail as well as strong project and process management will be critical to success. What we need from you 
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy and varied workload
- Good numerical and analytical skills, with an emphasis on daily, weekly and monthly reporting
- Excellent communication skills, both in writing and face to face
- Excellent attention to detail, brought to life in our communication proofing and planning processes
- A can-do attitude and willingness to collaborate with team members across different functions
- A creative and proactive approach to problem solving
- Good commercial instincts and decision making skills
- Consistent drive to work to a high standard and to go above and beyond
- 1-2 years experience in email marketing, in particular using an email CRM platform (Braze is desirable but not required)
- Experience in other marketing channels is a plus
- Working with CRM team to deliver exposure for our exceptional offer content across our emails, app and website, ensuring they contain the best content for our customers
- Planning, coordinating, building, and executing daily email marketing campaigns
- Liaising with our internal teams to ensure that we have the best offer content possible for our communications, even leading conversations on tactical promotions
- Segmenting and targeting subsets of our audience to ensure that we're sending our members communications that are relevant to them (and getting the best results possible)
- Implementing A/B testing to better understand what is driving engagement and optimising our communications off the back of compelling results
- Reporting on channel and campaign performance and factoring in learnings into long-term plans
- Executing necessary administrative and operational tasks to support marketing campaign delivery and documentation
- Researching and feeding back on competitor activity and industry trends
- Supporting on lifecycle marketing campaigns that leverage automation and trigger campaigns to improve customer retention and other desired customer behaviours
