- Support a variety of strategic programmes with manual and automated campaigns across the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, loyalty, retention, and re-engagement.
- Manage internal email communications and act as an adviser for communication-related queries across teams.
- Design and run A/B tests to improve outcomes, and provide clear reporting and actionable insights.
What you bring:
- Ambition to grow within a CRM career in the mobility services industry.
- Several years of relevant work experience and at least 1 year in CRM, email marketing and/or campaign coordination.
- Higher education or university degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience with email marketing tools, ideally Eloqua and Salesforce.
- Knowledge of database segmentation and campaign analytics.

- Fluent written and spoken French, with good command of Dutch and English.
- Excellent copywriting skills and attention to tone and style.
- Customer- and service-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Efficient, analytical and tech-savvy-you value automation and proactive ways of working.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, open communication style.
The offer:
- Full-time employment.
- Digital recruitment process and onboarding to the company.
- Work for a well-known mobility solutions provider at European level and have an impact in its market!
