Continental shift patter: 7am -7pm
base +1.5K shift allowance (Salary goes up another 1k when HVAP status is attained)
The RoleOversee critical services team resolving day-to-day work orders in critical client environments. Manage workload, schedules and team activities to ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction. will have an engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate support team operations, providing holiday/training/sickness cover
• Review work logs and ensure completion through in-house systems
• Ensure compliance with safety and security requirements
• Point of contact for client and management escalation
• Evaluate Planned Preventative Maintenance and recommend improvements
• Resolve complex operational problems and establish new techniques

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED + 5+ years relevant experience
• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in BS7671:2008 (IEE Wiring Regulations 18th edition)
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Physical requirements: lifting 50+ lbs, climbing stairs/ladders
• Expert Microsoft Office knowledge
• Excellent organizational skills
