Job Description

Davies in Newcastle is seeking a File Handler for pre-litigated complex credit hire claims. You will investigate complex files, perform technical analysis, and support negotiations under supervision.

The role focuses on claims over £25,000, helping clients reduce inflated charges while upholding key processes and standards. 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, with 1 unpaid hour for lunch.
