Salary

Starting from £25,000 up to £27,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

What You'll be Doing As a Credit Controller

You will be working on our Ireland ledger, where the main goal of is to contact customers to collect outstanding account balances, work with customers to understand their situation and resolve outstanding payment issues.

• Work to targets for monthly cash collection and quarterly aged debt
• Achieve monthly KPI targets
• Managing inbound calls and take full ownership
• Manage internal stake holders and build strong relationships
• Problem solving and process improvement
• Update customer account information and reconcile accounts
• Prepare overdue debts for legal action
• Receive inbound calls from customers taking full responsibility for actions through to completion

Working Hours

37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 9-5

For your probationary period (6 months) this will be a fully office based role, upon successful completion of probation you will be offered hybrid working (2 days from home).

• You must have Solid IT literacy skills - we use multiple systems, both inhouse portals and Microsoft systems
