Credit Controller

Overview

You will be working for a forward-thinking business based in Salford. They are a global company who continue to expand through numerous acquisitions. The role sits within a lively, fast-paced Credit Control team who work closely together and support one another.

This position will see you managing your own portfolio of international customers, with a particular focus on French and German-speaking markets. You'll be responsible for ensuring invoices are paid on time, building strong customer relationships, and resolving queries quickly and professionally.

You will be part of a company that actively encourages progression, with plenty of examples of Credit Controllers stepping up into senior roles. Study support is available, alongside a strong benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers and chase overdue debt.
• Maintain cash flow by monitoring accounts and ensuring timely payments.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and handle ad hoc queries as they arise.
• Take ownership of accounts and communicate effectively across different regions.

Qualifications

• Background in Credit Control.
• Ability to speak both French and German fluently.
