Credit Control Tutor / Assessor

KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectorsJob Title: Credit Control Tutor / AssessorLocation: RemoteSalary: £32,000 pro rataType: Full Time, 3-month FTC (possibility to be extended)Criteria for all candidates:

• Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
• Must hold a recognised Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above: PTLLS/AET.
• Experience in delivering Apprenticeships, ideally within the finance or business sectors.
• Occupational experience within credit control, debt recovery, or financial operations - with an understanding of credit management.
• Must be IT Literate.

Duties include:

• Teach/assess learners working towards Apprenticeships in Credit Control and Collection.
• Meet Assessor KPI's in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.
• Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners' skills knowledge and behaviours
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
• Support, advise and motivate learners.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner's needs.
• Support learners through to gateway, ensuring they are prepared for successful completion of their EPA.

• Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively
• Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people
• Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners
