We're on the hunt for a proactive, confident, and organised Credit Control Specialist to support our Effies operations and keep cashflow running smoothly on a contract basis. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy taking ownership of your accounts, this role is calling your name.

Contract Length: 6 months

Ir35 Status: Inside (PAYE)

Location: London Victoria - 3 days per week

Start Date: ASAP

What You'll Be Doing

? Managing customer accounts through the Effies system
? Making 30+ outbound collection calls a day and following up via email
? Performing daily manual bank reconciliations in Excel
? Keeping customer balances, payment statuses and account notes up-to-date
? Sending secure payment links and processing card payments
? Owning the shared mailbox and delivering top-tier customer service
? Spotting problem accounts early and escalating them to the Effies Team

What You Bring

Proven experience in credit control/collections
Strong Excel skills, especially manual reconciliations
Brilliant communication - confident on the phone and professional via email
Experience in awards systems or events collections? Huge bonus!
Comfortable contacting suppliers and managing payment conversations
