Job Description:Piquant is on the lookout for a talented Creative Producer who will play a central role in shaping, developing and delivering high-quality content across film, digital and campaign work. This is a full-time role, but a 4-day option is also available.
You will contribute to projects and pitches, working alongside strategists, designers, filmmakers and animators to bring strong ideas to life. You will be responsible for ensuring that creative thinking translates into structured, well-executed productions.
This is a creative and delivery-focused role. You will be expected to think, to write, to shape, to present and to lead elements of production from concept through to final output.
Key Responsibilities: Creative Development- Contribute original ideas to projects and pitches
- Articulate big ideas clearly through scripts, decks and case studies
- Develop strong narrative structures for film, digital and campaign content
- Write and refine copy for video scripts, social content, digital platforms and promotional materials
- Visualise and prototype concepts to demonstrate and improve ideas
- Make informed editorial decisions throughout production and post-production
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end content production from ideation to delivery
- Work closely with filmmakers, designers and animators to ensure creative intent is realised
- Manage shoots, including on-set coordination of crew and clients
- Conduct interviews and research to create authentic, high-quality content
- Maintain quality control across all deliverables
- Present ideas confidently to clients and colleagues
- Work within cross-disciplinary teams to solve creative challenges
- Build strong working relationships with clients, understanding their brand voice and objectives
- Collaborate with external partners including photographers, videographers and specialist talent
- Manage content calendars and production schedules
- Balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure work is delivered on time, on brief and to a high creative standard
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies and evolving content formats
- 2+ years experience in film, advertising, content production or a related creative field
- A background as a Copywriter, Art Director, Filmmaker or similar creative discipline is welcome
- Experience in an agency or commercial environment
- Strong scriptwriting and copywriting ability
- Demonstrated experience contributing to creative ideas and shaping concepts
- Hands on understanding of video production workflows
- Confidence presenting ideas and engaging with clients
- Strong editorial judgement and attention to detail
- High level of organisational ability combined with creative initiative
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
