What You'll Do

• Lead and evolve the creative vision across international design projects.
• Champion neuroscience informed design principles throughout the creative process.

• Collaborate closely with clients to deliver transformative environments.
• Push creative boundaries to establish a bold, future focused design philosophy.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience within architecture, interior, or experiential design.
• Strong conceptual thinking and expertise in human centred design.
• Passion for education and belief in its transformative power.
• A confident, innovative voice capable of translating research into inspiring strategies.
• Ambition to lead and influence globally impactful projects.
• International experience is essential, with the ability to travel.
