PositionAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a CPA Administrator within Business Administration, Mental Health Services, North Ayrshire Health & Social Care Partnership based at Ayrshire Central Hospital, Irvine. This post is offered on a fixed-term basis for nine months.
Hours18.0 hours per week, working Monday and Tuesday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Friday, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
UK Driving LicenceFull UK driving licence is essential to this role as the post holder will be required to travel to various bases and locations within Ayrshire & Arran to minute CPA review meetings.
What you will doYou will provide a comprehensive confidential secretarial and administrative service to the Care Programme Approach (CPA) process.
Knowledge, training and/or experience required for this postHND level in Business Administration or equivalent proven Administration experience. Proven secretarial experience working at a senior level with advanced keyboard skills and minute taking experience. Recognised IT qualification and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint). Previous experience of working in an NHS environment with an understanding/experience of NHS inter-disciplinary networks is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to work effectively and efficiently as part of a team. Ability to adhere to strict maintenance of confidentiality with a knowledge/understanding and compliance of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Proven ability to effectively manage own time and work independently to a high level.
