You do not need to be a qualified teacher, making this an excellent route into education for graduates and experienced professionals from other backgrounds.

As a Cover Supervisor on supply, you will:

• Supervising classes across KS3 and KS4
• Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials
• Maintaining appropriate classroom expectations
• Supporting students with their work
• Managing low-level behaviour effectively
• Reporting any issues or concerns to teaching staff
