This could be the perfect opportunity for you!Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to support our partner schools across Daventry and the surrounding area.As a Cover Supervisor, you'll help keep lessons running smoothly when the usual teacher is unavailable. You'll work with pupils across the school, delivering pre-prepared work, managing the classroom and making sure students remain focused and engaged.You don't need QTS or a teaching qualification to become a Cover Supervisor. Previous experience working in a school can be helpful, but it's not essential for all of our opportunities. We're interested in people who are confident, reliable and genuinely want to work with young people.

• Confident and approachable individuals
• Someone who can build positive relationships with young people
• Good communication and organisation skills
• The ability to manage a classroom calmly and confidently
• Reliable and professional
• A genuine interest in working in education
• Previous experience with children or young people is desirable but not essential
• QTS is not required
