This flexible role is ideal for those with classroom experience or aspiring teachers looking to gain valuable experience in a school setting.As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom when the regular teacher is absent, ensuring pupils remain on task and engaged with the learning. All work is pre-planned - your focus is on delivering it effectively and maintaining a positive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising lessons in the absence of the class teacher
• Ensuring behaviour is managed in line with school policy
• Supporting pupils with tasks and maintaining engagement
• Providing brief feedback to staff at the end of the day

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with children, ideally in a school setting
• Confident classroom presence and good communication skills
• Flexible, reliable, and adaptable across year groups
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
