Creating Opportunities for Success As a Cover Supervisor, you will be an integral part of our academy team, helping to deliver engaginglearning experiences and outstanding support for pupils across the primaryphase.Working closely with teachers andsupport staff, you will lead learning during PPA cover and planned teacherabsence, deliver targeted interventions and support pupils both academicallyand personally. You will work with whole classes, small groups and individuallearners, ensuring that all children receive the support and challenge theyneed to succeed. About You We are looking for a motivated andcaring professional who believes that every child can achieve success. Thesuccessful candidate will have experience supporting or leading learning forclasses, groups and individual pupils, alongside strong communication andorganisational skills. They will be able to build positive relationships withpupils, families and colleagues, maintain high expectations for achievement andbehaviour, and demonstrate flexibility, resilience and initiative in theirwork. They will also be committed to supporting pupils with a wide range ofneeds and abilities, safeguarding children's welfare and championing the Oasisvalues of inclusion, equality, hope and perseverance.
