Cover Supervisor

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates considering a career in teaching, experienced Cover Supervisors, teaching assistants looking to take the next step, or individuals with experience working with young people.

The Role

• Deliver pre planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
• Maintain a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• Ensure students remain engaged and complete the work set.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff at the end of each lesson.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Experience working with secondary aged students is desirable.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Confidence leading a class and following school policies.
• A flexible, professional, and reliable approach.
• A genuine interest in supporting young people's education.
