Responsibilities

The successful Cover Supervisor will be responsible for delivering pre planned lessons across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4), maintaining positive classroom behaviour, supporting student engagement, and ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of teaching staff.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• The confidence to deliver pre planned lessons across a range of subjects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, flexible, and professional approach
• A genuine passion for supporting young people's education
