Cover Supervisor Pay Scale: Grade F (Points 17-22). Actual salary £26,682 to £28,985 per annum. Contract: TTO (39 weeks per academic year). Hours: 36 hours per week. Start Date: ASAP. This is an opportunity to proactively supervise and support students within the classroom, providing stability and continuity for pupils whose lessons are affected by staff absence.
Responsibilities- Proactively supervise and support students within the classroom to maintain learning continuity.
- Provide stability and encouragement for pupils whose lessons are affected by staff absence.
- Motivate and enthuse students, supporting them to engage with learning while being firm but fair in a classroom setting.
- Experience of working with young people is required.
- Ability to motivate and enthuse others and to maintain high standards of behaviour and learning in the classroom.
