This is a flexible supply role, ideal for coaches who want work that fits around training sessions, matches, or other commitments.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom to supervise pre-set lessons when teachers are absent, ensuring students stay on task and maintain a positive learning environment. Your coaching skills-such as leadership, communication, discipline and motivating young people-translate perfectly into the classroom.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy variety in their work, want to gain experience across a range of school settings, or are seeking a flexible work-life balance. You'll have the opportunity to work in supportive schools, develop your skills, and make a positive impact on pupils' learning.

What You'll Do:

• Engage and support students, helping them succeed academically and socially.
• Establish positive relationships with both students and staff.
• Provide consistent support at the same school, eliminating the uncertainty of different assignments.
• Potential for a full-time contract with the school in the future.
