About The Role

The days and hours: This is a zero-hours Cleaning role, designed to support operational cover across our sites. No minimum hours are guaranteed, and shifts will be offered based on business needs. We are looking for someone who is flexible and able to support with ad hoc cover when available. You will have the flexibility to accept or decline shifts offered.

Hourly Rate: £12.71

What you'll be doing

• Dedicate your time on site to going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Atlas' clients.
• Inducted at the start of your contract and trained within your first week of work. You'll learn how to deliver the cleaning specification and use the equipment.
• Provide a high standard of customer care through your focus across different shift hours.
• Handle site based equipment and cleaning materials (full training will be provided).
• Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
• Empty litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers.
• Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times; Atlas will provide full training and guidance.
• Work within a team that goes the extra mile.

About You

• Are excited about making a difference.

• Have an attitude to thrive, and cleaning experience (although we can fully train you from scratch if you match our positive and thoughtful approach).
• Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
• Basic level of spoken English for communication on safety and with members of the public and the management team at our client's site.
• Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
• A right to work in the UK (please bring your evidence to the interview).
• Eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC).
