Courtroom Operations & Customer Support Officer

Ministry of Justice in Carlisle is seeking an Operational Support Officer to provide excellent customer service and administrative support to court and tribunal users, judiciary and management.

You will contribute to service standards, progress cases through the court/tribunal system and work across office and courtroom environments, with hybrid arrangements not applicable. Roles require flexibility across offices and courts in England and Wales.
