Court of Protection Solicitor Brighton - East Sussex (Hybrid) This is a unique opportunity for a Court of Protection Solicitor to join a Legal 500 firm in Brighton.

You will join a successful and growing practice that has been recognised in its work with families and carers of vulnerable and disabled individuals and has a good relationship with local charities.

This position is ideal for a lawyer looking to shape and grow a specialist Court of Protection offering while delivering exceptional support to vulnerable individuals and their families.

You will manage a varied caseload involving complex Property & Affairs and/or Health & Welfare matters, providing accurate, timely and sensitive advice throughout each stage of the process. You will work collaboratively with colleagues, case managers, counsel, social workers and wider multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best possible outcomes.

This role suits someone with strong technical ability, excellent judgement and a genuinely client-centred approach.
