Court of Protection Solicitor in Manchester, up to c£50,000 (DOE). A new opportunity for an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor looking for a new challenge.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a varied caseload of Property and Affairs matters within the Court of Protection.
• Support more senior members of the team with complex matters.
• Advise clients, families, support teams and external solicitors on a wide range of legal matters.

Key Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years PQE as a Court of Protection Solicitor.
• Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and team working ability.
• Strong client focused approach and willingness to support a flexible, hybrid working culture.
