Court of Protection Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, West Midlands, £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE) - If you are looking to take the next step in your legal career, this is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic team. JOB REF:9121.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage a diverse caseload, specialising in Court of Protection matters.
• Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients in sensitive and complex cases.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring the highest level of client service.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver exceptional legal services.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• A minimum of 3 years' PQE managing a varied caseload with a focus on Court of Protection work.
• Strong understanding of Court of Protection law and procedures.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
