An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a prestigious law firm in Reading as a Senior Associate or Partner, specialising in Court of Protection matters. The successful candidate will have built a successful career to date advising on the establishment and management of Court of Protection deputyships and trusts for both children and adults.

The successful candidate will:

• Be a Senior Solicitor/Partner with significant experience in Court of Protection matters.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality legal services and achieving successful outcomes for clients.
• Be able to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
