ParthaSaarathi LLP is a Navi Mumbai-based legal e consulting firm led by Adv. Viraj Patil and a team of legal and para-legal professionals, handling a wide range of litigation work with a strong focus on court based practice.

The firm is currently seeking experienced litigation lawyers only for the following roles:

• Senior Associate - Litigation
• Junior Associate - Litigation

Freshers and profiles with only college internships are not being considered for these positions.

• Conducting in depth legal research for court arguments, including analysing documents, exhibits and case law.
• Drafting writ petitions, appeals, suits and related pleadings, and arguing matters before the High Court and District Courts.
• Preparing and filing precipies after reviewing the updated sitting lists and ensuring urgent matters are properly circulated.
• Planning and tracking matters at least two weeks ahead to ensure all procedural and compliance requirements are completed in time.

• Appearing in routine and smaller matters before courts as assigned.
• Checking and managing the daily cause list and ensuring matters are properly noted and followed up.
• Handling e filing and physical filing of cases and applications.
• Managing summons, certified copies and regular follow ups with the court registry.

• Minimum 10 years of hard core litigation experience.
• Must have obtained at least five court orders independently.
