Courier Onboarding Coach for Day 1 Confidence

Evri Group in Sutton is seeking a Delivery Team Trainer for a fixed-term, full-time role. You will help new self-employed couriers feel confident from Day 1 and assist with onboarding at the Sutton Delivery Unit.

You'll welcome couriers, set up the courier app, show scanning and loading procedures, and connect them with local contacts. This on-site role offers £28,000-£32,000 per year with immediate starts through Jan 2027.
