Courier Onboarding Coach

Evri Group is hiring a Delivery Team Trainer in Bolton on a fixed-term, full-time basis. The role supports new self-employed couriers by guiding them through app setup, onboarding, and first deliveries at the Bolton Delivery Unit. Immediate starts through to Jan 2027 are available.

Ideal candidates will be local to Bolton, comfortable with smartphones, and able to coach others with patience and clarity in a fast-paced logistics environment. Salary £28,000-£32,000 plus benefits.
