EVRi is hiring a Delivery Team Trainer in Coventry to welcome and onboard new self-employed couriers at the Delivery Unit. The role focuses on day-one confidence, hands-on coaching, and practical guidance to use the courier app, scan shipments, and prepare deliveries.

The Fixed term, full-time position offers an engaging, fast-paced environment with local impact. You'll travel to the Coventry unit and support multiple new couriers each day, ensuring they start successfully and feel supported.
