Overview

Country & Business Development Lead - Poland. The Role: We are seeking an experienced Business Development leader to drive growth for KBR's Mission Technology Solutions (MTS) business in Poland. Working as part of an expanding European team, you will play a key role in identifying and shaping new opportunities, building strategic relationships, and positioning our organisation as a trusted partner to the Polish armed forces and wider defence community.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Polish defence market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government, military and industry stakeholders
  • Represent MTS as the country lead for all direct commercial sales
  • Lead and support bid activity, from early positioning through to proposal submission
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and upcoming programmes
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
Requirements
  • Extensive experience within the military / defence sector
  • Proven experience in business development within the Polish defence sector
  • Experience preferable within at least one area of MTS's portfolio, such as logistics, sustainment, autonomy and/or air and missile defence
  • Strong network across the Polish armed forces, relevant ministries and defence industry
  • Experience contributing to or leading bids and proposals
  • Fluent in Polish and working level proficiency in English
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of an extended team
Location & Context

Location: Poland based (hybrid with travel across the country)
