As a Counterbalance FLT Driver, you'll play a key role in the day to day warehouse operation. Your responsibilities will include safely transporting stock throughout the warehouse and yard, loading and unloading vehicles, replenishing storage areas, and helping to maintain an efficient, well organised workplace.

This is a busy, fast moving environment where attention to detail, safe working practices, and teamwork are essential.

Hourly Rate: Pay & Benefits

• £12.81 per hour
• Up to 28 days' paid holiday (pro rata)

Working Hours: Flexible shifts are available Monday to Sunday, allowing you to choose a pattern that suits your lifestyle. Available shifts include: 20:00 - 04:30 (Night Shift) 06:00 - 14:00 (Morning Shift)

We're looking for candidates who have:

• At least 3 months' recent experience in a warehouse, logistics, or food production environment.
• A valid Counterbalance FLT license with practical operating experience.
• The ability to carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting items up to 10kg.
• A willingness to work in chilled warehouse conditions.
• A positive attitude, strong reliability, and a commitment to health and safety.
